Technical Specialist (Health Logistics)
January 2023 – Present, Zenith Technical Resource Initiative
As a Technical Specialist, I lead a team responsible for managing client-server applications, developing open-source mobile architectures, and conducting supply chain need assessments. I organize technical coordination meetings, set supply chain performance indicators, and provide continuous technical support. Additionally, I ensure data security, assist in proposal preparation, and conduct risk assessments.
Technical Team Leader (Health Logistics)
July 2022 – December 2022, Zenith Technical Resource Initiative
In this role, I managed client-server applications, led a technical team in preparing documentation for LMIS/eLMIS training, and coordinated technical meetings with Implementing Partners (IPs). I set supply chain performance indicators, published technical resources, and provided continuous technical support to counterparts. I also assisted in proposal preparation and conducted risk assessments.
Senior Technical Officer (eLMIS)
April 2020 – June 2022, Zenith Technical Resource Initiative
Serving under direct supervision, I developed system designs, led technical teams in developing training guidelines and SOPs, and communicated with software providers for system customization. I provided technical advice for eLMIS implementation plans, conducted technical assessments, and supervised HelpDesk teams. Additionally, I organized training sessions and conducted supervision visits.
Program Officer/Data Analyst (Automated Health Logistics)
June 2018 – March 2020, JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc., Yangon
My responsibilities included conducting supply chain need assessments, providing continuous technical support to IPs, managing eLMIS software, and conducting technical coordination meetings. I collected logistics data, conducted routine data management, and provided technical assistance. Moreover, I developed and maintained HelpDesk systems, performed testing, and conducted risk management.
Management Information System (MIS) Associate
March 2018 – June 2018, Chemonics International, Yangon
August 2017 – February 2018, Management Science for Health (MSH), Yangon
In these roles, I supported organization supply chain management trainings, performed data quality checking, and provided technical support with IT and software-related issues. I also assisted in troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues, and maintained communication channels with stakeholders.
Data Contract Coordinator
May 2016 – August 2017, Management Science for Health (MSH), Magway
As a Data Contract Coordinator, I communicated with township data entry persons, performed data quality checking, and provided technical support with IT and software-related issues. I also assisted staff with troubleshooting and maintenance of devices and equipment.
